Participation Agreement & Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned, hereby apply for participation in M Universe International Grand Finale 2026 organised by YS International Fashion Week (YIFW). I confirm that all information provided in this form is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false information may result in immediate disqualification and legal action. I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions of the organising committee, which shall be final and binding. I acknowledge that YIFW reserves the right to modify event schedules, categories, or formats at its sole discretion. I agree to attend all mandatory rehearsals, grooming sessions, and events as scheduled. I understand that registration fees are non-refundable once paid.

Media Rights & Image Usage Consent

I hereby grant YS International Fashion Week and its authorised partners an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to photograph, film, record, and use my name, image, likeness, voice, and biographical information in connection with the event for promotional, marketing, editorial, and archival purposes across all media including print, digital, social media, television, and online platforms, without any further compensation or approval required from me.

Code of Conduct & Behaviour Policy

I agree to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and dignified manner throughout all event activities. I will not engage in any behaviour that is discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or that brings disrepute to YIFW or its participants. I understand that violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund and potential legal proceedings. I agree to comply with all venue rules, dress codes, and instructions from event officials.

Data Protection & Privacy Consent

I consent to YS International Fashion Week collecting, storing, and processing my personal data including identity documents (Aadhaar, PAN), contact details, photographs, and social media profiles for the purposes of event administration, identity verification, communication, and legal compliance. My data will be stored securely and will not be sold or shared with unauthorised third parties. I understand I may request deletion of my data after the event by writing to the organisers, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Solemn Declaration of Accuracy

I solemnly declare that all information provided in this application form is true, correct, and complete. I understand that any misrepresentation, concealment of facts, or submission of forged documents is a punishable offence under applicable Indian law and will result in immediate disqualification and potential criminal proceedings. I confirm that I am applying of my own free will and have not been coerced or misled.
