  • Participation Packages - All contestant participation fees and packages
  • Voting Purchases - All vote bundles and voting transactions
  • Promotional Services - Marketing and promotional package payments
  • Sponsorship Payments - All sponsorship and partnership contributions
  • Merchandise - Any physical or digital products purchased
  • Service Fees - Platform fees, processing fees, and administrative charges
Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For

We do not provide refunds under any of the following circumstances:

  • Participant Withdrawal - If you choose to withdraw from an event or competition
  • Travel or Visa Issues - Problems with travel arrangements, visa denials, or inability to attend
  • Personal Circumstances - Personal emergencies, health issues, or family matters
  • Event Schedule Changes - Modifications to event dates, times, or locations
  • Disqualification - Removal from competition due to rule violations
  • Change of Mind - Simply changing your mind after payment
  • Technical Issues - Website errors, payment processing delays, or system glitches
  • Dissatisfaction - Unhappiness with services, results, or event outcomes
  • Force Majeure - Natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseeable events
Why This Policy Exists

  • Event Planning: Payments are used immediately for event planning, venue bookings, and logistical arrangements that cannot be reversed
  • Fair Competition: Ensures all participants are committed and prevents last-minute withdrawals that affect other contestants

  • System Integrity: Protects the voting system from manipulation and ensures fair competition
Before Making a Payment

  • Understand that all payments are final and non-refundable

Payment Finality

PAYMENTS ARE FINAL ONCE COMPLETED

Once you click "Pay Now" or complete a payment transaction, the payment is immediately processed and cannot be reversed. There are no exceptions to this policy.

All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. Once a payment is confirmed, it is considered complete and final.

Exceptions

The only circumstances under which a refund may be considered are:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally made the same payment twice due to a technical error
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If your payment method was used without your authorization (requires proof and police report)
  • Event Cancellation by Organizer: If YS International Fashion Week cancels an event entirely (partial refunds may be offered at our discretion)

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
